As inspired by my toddler, we developed a new kids yoga flow for the Fourth of July. Our Firecracker Yoga Flow encourages kids to “Stand with Liberty” aka Mountain Pose and “Pursue Your Happiness” aka Butterfly Pose. It’s a great, fresh way to practice balance and patience with kids.
